Education: 1984-1987:
Intermediate Chartered Accountant, India, qualified under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Thereafter pursued MBA studies from Andhra University, India, further enhancing my management and business expertise. 

Specialization: Specialized in the preparation, establishing, and execution of projects, from the identification of the appropriate technologies to the successful delivery of products with desired outcomes, across diverse sectors including plastics, international trading, mining, production, and marketing.

Past Business involvements – 1988 to 2022
1988-1994: Founded Bihani Industries, focused on reprocessing plastic waste into reusable plastic granules.

1995-2006: Establishing Bihani Poly Moulders Private Limited, equipped with injection molding machines imported from Germany, to manufacture both engineering plastic and commercial components. In 1997, I spearheaded the implementation of a Quality Management System, earning ISO 9002 certification from American Quality Assessors. This made Bihani Poly Moulders one of the first small-scale enterprises in India’s plastic industry to receive such a certification, just two years after ISO 9002 was introduced in India. 

2007-2017: Bhu Sampada General Trading LLC(Owner) in Dubai, UAE for international trading of industrial minerals, namely coal, limestone, calcined lime & calcined dolomite. 

2014-2015: Acquired (50% Ownership) 64.5 hectares of potash feldspar & quartz mines in India under the name Surbhi Mines & Minerals Private Limited.

2011-2017: I have traveled extensively across the USA, Europe, China, Southeast Asia, and the Gulf to identify advanced technologies for processing industrial minerals, with a particular focus on producing Quartz/Silica, Mica, and Feldspar to D97 specifications, 10 microns. I successfully established and executed multiple industrial projects for the crushing and grinding of feldspar, quartz, and mica, importing European technologies on a turnkey basis with investments totaling multi million dollars.

2018-2022: Mining of potash feldspar, quartz and mica in India under Next Source Minerals, Owner.

Present business Involvement – 2022 to 2024
I initiated a shipping and logistics company in Oman, while simultaneously pursuing certifications and diplomas in the Marine and Logistics sectors to further enhance my expertise. My goal is to deliver precise and efficient services to our customers, ensuring mutual growth. I am committed to adhering to local laws and regulations, while following all required procedures to maintain the highest standards of excellence.
